What is this device?

It’s a device that you simply connect to your TV’s HDMI and to your Home WIFI connection. After it’s connected to the internet you can connect to your favorite streaming services and applications.

How does the device work?

This device works by streaming content through the internet for free. That’s all you need. Even using the internet from your phone will work (just be careful not to exceed your data limits). Because it has the android system on it, you are able to program the device with the best apps on the internet to stream content. 

Can I cancel cable?

This device lets you load approved applications and streaming services that you pay for.

Is this legal?

What if I have any problems with my device?

We want you to enjoy your device as much as we enjoy ours. If for any reason you are having problems with your devices just talk to us and we will do our best to try to resolve your issue. 

What if I’m not as good with technology? Am I going to be able to use it?

This device has a simple interface very self-explanatory. If you know how to use an android phone you won’t have any problems.

What internet speed do I need?

We have used this device with many different internet speeds. We have used it in hotels, campgrounds, with our phone data, and with slow internet. It works every time, but to get the best out of your device we recommend a minimum of 10 Mbps internet speed. It can work with a slower internet as well, but you might need to let the video load for a little bit.

Can I use it outside the US?

Yes, this will work anywhere in the world with an internet connection.  Some of the services and applications that you may load might be only available to your local area due to restrictions.  We can’t get around that.

Can I download more apps?

Your possibilities are endless with this device. You can download any app from the Play Store, including games and from our Android App Store.
